Anakreon Trust Analytics
Anakreon is working with The Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to offer Acute Trust Analytics, a web-based software service for NHS hospital trusts providing service line reporting and patient level costing
The service provides a range of monthly reports, based on standard costing principles and presented in a high-impact graphics format. It works with existing trust data sources (eg general ledger, PAS, activity systems) at whatever level currently exists to:
- Improve the reliability, timeliness and consistency of financial planning
- Make financial and management information accessible and easy-to-use for managers and clinicians across trusts
- Provide NHS boards with an essential tool for effective governance, giving them up-to-date insights into the trust’s activity and finances, and enabling them to make better informed strategic and investment decisions
It is designed based on guidance from the DOH and Monitor, and reconciles with Reference Cost submissions.

While working with The Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Anakreon (UK) LLP also designed number of time saving solutions using Microsoft Access and other Microsoft applications in order to improve internal processes within Management Accounts.
